Paypal usually doesn't refund for services. I've lost a dispute where a guy sold me a website with fake traffic and fake adsense revenue. When I tried to get my money back via paypal, they refused and the seller basically told me to F off. Funny I looked at my traffic logs after buying the site and this idiot was clicking on the adsense for a few days to make it look like the traffic was real, but all the traffic came from his canadian isp.

Well somewhere along the line, OP is not being professional. First traffic is promised by a certain date, then when it doesn't happen we don't hear a peep, then OP turns off PM. Responsible......NOT. Now we have a new promised by date. I would advise all to wait for reviews and keep your cash for the time being.
OP, Please send me a paypal refund. Funny how you were so eager to get the money into your account, now that it's time to deliver trafffic or pay up, you use a lame excuse as to why no one has seen traffic. Please refund ASAP or be expecting a red rep. These games have gone on long enough.
PLEASE READ EVERYONE The traffic company has scammed me and all the people I sold traffic to. Everyone contact them at GetMorePeeps.com and complain please. PLEASE EMAIL THEM ASAP. I have 3 unanswered emails to them. Maybe if enough people email and complain they will do something.
Whether you got scammed or not, you owe the money back to us. Sure sounds like you weren't being honest with us at all here saying it's your traffic, when in fact it wasn't. It's up to you to get your money back from them. Please issue a refund ASAP or I will get everyone who signed up and beleived you to red rep you, and to take up a complaint to paypal.
