For a particular keyword set I'm working on, I noticed a massive influx of videos from similar looking websites. This particular keyword set is not easy to rank for, although I think videos in general are much easier to rank in google and thus get a free ticket for speeding to the top. Type this in google and you get absolutely no results: site:v4.hotsexy.net So google holds no index for v4.hotsexy.net. Which is very curious, seeing this page sprung up with a dozen more just like it: http://v4.hot1sexy.net/ia8suue=/jac...-Biology-101-Advances-in-Breast-Cancer-27070/ This page popped in in the 50s for a keyword that normally someone couldn't rank at unless the page is PR2+ with major backlinking (otherwise it'd be in the 500s). So anyways, I'm scratching my head typing site:{domain that has videos} and never finding anything ... then I tried something different (from seeing ia8suue in the URL) I typed in google ... inurl:ia8suue Holy cow, 575000 pages indexed. All videos with spammy text and a plain video. However ... if you try to click through to page 2 of these 575000 results, google sort of errors ... they continue only showing the first page of results. I think what is happening here is that google really loves putting videos at the top of results, and to help them get there it gives an extreme boost to anything that is a video ... letting PR0 or PR N/A pages rank on pages that would otherwise require alot of backlinks and PR. That may have worked good for getting youtube videos to the top, but someone is exploiting this fact by putting up hundreds of thousands of spam videos on various domains. I'm not exactly sure how they're avoiding displaying results for their domain names with a site:{url}. Furthermore, all the videos are being displayed from a website called bigfreetube.com, which for me is just a plain white page when loaded. Some of the domains ... flirtsz.net hot1sexy.net drunksexs.net I don't know if there are more domains because google is erroring on trying to click to page 2 of the 575000 results.
