This is indeed a really nice loophole described in a detailed ebook, and is worth the money.
However, there is IMO some misdirection in the original post as you do not actually get a list of 250 dofollow sites, but a system that allows you to find them more or less reliably. However, this does takes time and some effort and should be noted to other buyers.
(I Still recommend it though, just don't expect to get a simple list of sites where you can blindly paste your links)

This method pretty much does what it says on the tin. If you are prepared to put in some time and effort, you will be able to find high PR, do follow links. As someone has previously said, it's not a list of blogs where you can just leave your comments, but a system which will enable you to find blogs/sites where you can grab those all important do follow links.

I'm very skeptical about buying e-books on this website, in fact I've not purchased anything since 2006 (u can see I'm a member here for a long time ). I was full of skepticism also when I picked up this ebook for review!... especially when I read about the tools I had to download, all of which I already had installed - I though, erm, another obvious link building method that is known to me already... but boy I was wrong! There is much more to it... e-book along with basic knowledge of high PR link discovery gives interesting method of link building, with which you can easily create high pr backlinks to your site in matter of few minutes. Method is refined and documented with images so it's impossible to get lost, or confused! A must read for anyone who wants to go beyond useless directory submissions and really gain some SE traffic.
