massive deindexing

Yes, appears that the count for several of my websites are starting to go up.

Seems to me that google always goes stupid during the gift giving/buying holiday season, just to screw with us. Actually a little later than usual this year.

 

Ok I see signs of HOPE today. Here is what I see for the following G commands

"site:www.mysite.com" - Nothing shows
"site:mysite.com" - Nothing Shows
www.mysite.com - My sites main page shows first result (meaning it is not banned) Correct !

As far as indexed pages goes, I dont see anything for the (Site:mysite.com) command, but if I type "http://www.mysite.com" and then click on "Repeat the search with the omitted results included" I see about 2,300 pages from my site itself.

The SERPs are mostly lost. For my main terms I was on 1 and 2nd pages, now its 5 to 7 pages. And for my product pages...well they dont exsist anymore

But atleast I am not banned. I think


For the "link:www.mysite.com" command my site is showing 280 again like before.

BUT in my webmasters tools account I still see the following "Googlebot last successfully accessed your home page on Dec 10, 2007" AND "No pages from your site are currently included in Google's index. Indexing can take time. You may find it helpful to review our information for webmasters and webmaster guidelines." !!!!

When The site had disappered, I panicked and submited a resubmission request from my Webmaster Account, and since you have to admit you did wrong, I had to write a NOTE in my Message saying that I dont think I did anything wrong but this is the only way to contact you (Big G). I hope that doesnt hurt me in any way.

We what do you guys make out of this whole thing !! any ideas

 

FYI peeps....both of my sites are indexed again but dont see any traffic yet from google...

Gone again!

It is nothing to do with data centers
There is an error on Google Search
If I hit the earch button for my site it appears about one in 20 times.
It is not a new algo but an algo gone wrong
I suspect that the bot had gone loopy and if it didn't like your sitemap
it had kicked you off.
I suggest generating a new site map
I have resubmitted too

 

you really think it can be because of the SiteMap ???

Should I just delete my Sitemap ? Its not really needed that much.

I'l keep the one on my site itself, but delete the one I uploaded in my WebMasters Account !!!!!!!!!
Is there any need to do this !!

 

my sites got deindexed again, i have no idea what is going on

 

i have lost over 12,000 in last 3 days

 

Must be nice. All 3 of my sites are still gone. I will give ANYONE a shiny nickel if you can find out why this happened. I am pretty clueless at this point.

I honestly don't think the sites are just going to "pop back in" but I can't for the life of me understand why these 3 sites and ONLY these 3 sites out of the 20 our so I manage were hit.

 

Even my site shows 19 pages although there were 34 pages indexedtill first week Dec.

 

Damn damn they dropped from 34 to 19 and now there is nothing in all three of my sites.

I hope this is temporary or else I am cooked

 

You get different datacenters all the time. Give it time to populate
