You'd better check the template for your directory's main page. Those categories with a name more than 2 lines were printed in one line and overwrite itself.
I am guessing they are all PLR's because you have an alexa rank of over 1.5 million. If you had that many articles and even a homepage rank of 1 you would have a lot more traffic than that.
