So, "massage techniques" has 22.000 EXACT searches per month (google estimation) with low competition (google estimation). With a bit of link building and optimizing keywords on homepage it can easy make top10 of google. Actually, in past it was #3 on yahoo and had more than 1000 uniques per month from yahoo but I didnt do anything about that. Also, I didnt optimize "massage techniques" for homepage but just posted articles from time to time.

Another thing, I get offers from godaddy to buy massagetechniques.com and massagetechniques.net as premimum domain names worth $1500 - $3000 so I suppose even as .biz domain it has also good value.

Domain expires on May 30th this year.
