Mass Pm tool I found. I think its the same one being used here

I am so sick and tired of people sending me freaking pms here and other forums. Hopefully some of you can take this thing and figure out how come people are able to mass pm forums with this thing and maybe if you can figure out a fix contact the admin and let him no the problem.
