Mass Payment's no longer available for premier account

Unfortunately, I cant use mass payment atm.

I called the support center of paypal and they said that this feature is no longer available for premier accounts.
Only business account can do this atm.

Need your feedbacks please,
How can I get this thing fixed up?

When Paypal themselves told you that this feature is no longer available for premier accounts then how can you fix it ?... .

 

Upgrade to business account.

 

I upgraded it into business account recently. But the mass payment has not been usable. I need to call paypal again for this thing

Yes, paypal is becoming trickier....now the fees are pretty big to send mass payments....around 2% of transaction amount....before it was maximum 1$ per payment.

 

Want to report: New customers can not have this useful feature anymore. Crap!

 

I liked the mass payment it made me send money with no fee at all.

 

And I cannot use this feature. Holy crap!
