No, I am not an advertiser of this company.
    (NetMax Marketing)

I just want to know if anyone of you heard about
it. they seem to be too cheap to my mind. you can
send out 3,5 mil emails per month.

I have seen other serives that claim $400 for 1,000,000 emails
    per month.

    So, what do you think?

that does sound to good to be true. 25 bucks a month is likely too get you 2-5 thousand emails with a legit company.

Two old sayings are apply here. If it sounds too good to be true then likely it is and you get what you pay for is the other one.

It's not spam you get people into your list that want to be in it. You know when you up for a product and they ask you for you email and first name that is so they can send you more info other products related to what you bought. When you buy leads or email lists you send emails to those people who want that info.

heakset is right, these are opt-ins, they requested an info in return for
giving their email address. So, they want to be spamed, eh, I mean informed.
