Mass IP Change

    We have changed upstream providers and have had to renumber our network.

    In Optigold ISP, how do you do a mass IP change of the first 3 quads. For instance, we'd want to change 64.90.56. to 216.14.34 on every customer record.

    You could do it with a calculated replace (the Replace function under the Scripts menu).

    I click: Customer Info, Services, and I click on the domain in the upper right of the screen. Now I place my cursor in the field marked 'IP Address" and click Scripts. I have all kinds of Auto Server choices by No Replace. I don't think Replace is available for this screen.

    Oh, I thought you were talking about the IP field on the bottom on of the Services menu. There is no replace available on the domain detail window.
