MASS Emailer Software

    I need to send 1000 mails daily through mail merge option for a total of 50 days which makes it 50,000 emails. I have the list but I dont know any software through which I can launch this mass email campaign. Can you please tell me any software ?

    phplist can do this which is free but you are better off using a paid solution. Also you should make sure your list is double opt in.

    I'd rather use services like campaignmonitor or constantcontact. They are not free, but the beaty is that they handle lots of things for you like unsiscribe support, analytics, templates, etc.

    I made a whole post about this on BHW forum, for this you will want to go with a hosted solution, a VPS would be more ideal than shared hosting, PHPList or PoMMo is ok for free software. Interspire is much better but costs some money to buy.

    In order to inbox you will need to configure your server properly to have the correct MX and SPF records or emails to ISP's like AOL will not get delivered.

    If you go with a VPS you can get your own dedicated IP address which will be better, if your on shared hosting and someone else has done some bad stuff then you will suffer too so make sure your IP address is not blacklisted you can find a website called MX Toolbox which will allow you to check your IP.

    I mail over 1000 messages a day from my VPS with no problems, it can do up to 10,000.

    If you want to outsource the mailing and want to pay then I could mail it for you if you dont want to setup the infrastructure your self.

    If your lucky enough to be able to get your hands on an Extractulater CL Pro version 6, that would be the best for mass email. Its a data and lead harvester plus mass mailer and list processor all in one but sells out fast every time anyone gets it on the shelves.
