In total I have around 4k members on my forums, and I want to be able to send out a newsletter from a mass email program I own. I am curious on how I can send out that many emails without going thru my ISP smtp? What other options can I do to pull this off? I don't want to get in trouble again with my ISP because they think its spam and I have to upgrade to a business account which is 2x the monthly price.

Well could you not set the mail to send it out over a certain time. Say do like 500 mails every 4 hours or you isp still think its spam?
