For a new site I'm going to launch I need to have as many ring tones as I can possibly get my hands on.

My solution to this is that I have a database of over 200 different albums with over 2000 songs. Well unless the law has changed if my mind serves me correctly it is 100% legal to use the first 30 seconds of a copyrighted song. I'll of course check on this before I proceed much further.

Now what I need from you is a way to convert these 2000+ songs to be usuable as ring tones. I would need to crop every song down to a safe 28 seconds, and lower the quality as to reduce the file size.

I'm hoping there's a program like AcdSee for audio files. AcdSee is a batch image manipulation program. If anyone knows of something that will suit my needs please let me know.
