If you have seen any martial arts competition I am very much certain you will enjoy it. I personally have seen some competition. It was really great. If you have chance to watch give it a try. I believe you will enjoy this.
martial arts are great. i mostly practice bodybuilding, but as a complementary sport, i practice kickbox. it's very useful for your mental health.
Martial arts is a great sport for overall fitness. It's good for strength, stamina and flexibility... and can be very useful for self defense. Controlled sparring is great, but I recommend that you stay away from the brutality of full contact competition.
