    Hello everyone,

    I am today selling one of my jewels, WITH NO RESERVE: marriagehelpbooks.net, which has been consistently ranking on the 1rst page of Google for several weeks now for the buying keyword "marriage help books", which receives 3,600 EXACT searches on Google every month and is *hot* on Clickbank!
    Due to a lack of time, I couldn't develop the content of this website (this is why I am selling today) and I leave it to you marketing expert to find the right content and build the right landing page to unlock the earning potential of this jewel !
    Assume the website currently receives no traffic, even though it's actually receiving a few dozens visitors a month (content, title, etc ... need to be rethought).

    The description states over 3000 unique hits per month. Yet you state their are just a few dozen visitors monthly later in your description. I must be confused. Please enlighten me.

    Also you show no reserve. However the minimum acceptable bid is $100. Could you please explain this concept also. Thanks.
