Buying Markup service needed - PSD to xhtml/css & wordpress (bangalore or india)

    hello, i am looking for skilled programmer who can convert PSD to xhtml/css.Should be skilled in working with Wordpress,Drupal,Bootstrap.
    Other applications,zend/php frameworks would be a plus.

    Basic standards :
    w3c compliant mark up
    Cross-browser compatible
    Table-less HTML/CSS
    Script/plugin integration & customization (ex. sliders,plugins etc..)
    Well commented markup and Keeping code clean.


    Top priority is for someone from Bangalore,India.
