so, my site is 5 months old, receives 380 visitors a day and has key phrases coming out of the sand box gradually.

I am submitting to directories, getting quality link exchanges, posting on forums etc.

Is there anything that I am not doing that a professional seo company can do for me? thanks.

A 5 month old site receiving over 11,000 unique visitors a month? I think you are doing pretty good. Just keep doing what you are doing. :)

Look into getting rid of the session variables in your article links. They are preventing you from getting spidered properly.

    Example

There's probably an easier way, but we actually look for spiders and don't serve them session ids when they visit. I'd guess there are plenty of free scripts to do this.
