I originally listed this on sitepoint but the sale fell through. I really don't have time for the site so looking for a quick sale. I thought about just selling copies of the template but decided to sell the full site and it's rights.

This site is relatively new and has a lot of potential for the right buyer. It's a wordpress based site that allows users to sign up, post their listings, and comment. Right now the site is set up for free postings with users able to feature their listings for a fee. I also just put up four 125x125 ad spots on the site as well. It's super easy to run and is set up with many wordpress plugins for ease of the admin to control user options and site layout.

It's been promoted mainly with free link posting, blogs, etc...has quite a few pointing to the site.

I've also had a few 125x125 banners and some other promotion images made for the promotion of the site.

I am the owner and webmaster of the site, not the developer.

Right now there are 201 users registered on the site.

Traffic is about 50 unique visits a day. Site is about two months old.

Two other domains are included webunload.biz and webunload.net. Domains registered at namecheap and godaddy.
