Marketplace purchase not received.

    I bought an article pack on the 16th of January and have not received it. I've checked my spam folders and it's not there either. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    The only information I could find on the forum about article delivery is this thread https://forums.digitalpoint.com/threads/article-marketplace.2723700/ which states '
    • Buyers get instant delivery of their articles after they pay.' Also, I contacted the seller and they're under the impression that they are sent automatically via email.

    There is nothing to be "delivered", you download it from the page your paid for it on (go to the page of the thing you bought and click "Download").
