Marketplace - paying upfront

    I am considering using someone from the Marketplace on this site but they are asking for payment upfront. Is this normal or should I avoid? They have an iTrader rating of 6.

    Usualy that's the way things are done there
    But i personaly only pay afther job done

    Does it depend on how good their iTrader rating is before people decide to pay upfront or not?
