Bug Marketplace item not received dispute

    I just got 2 item not received disputes on paypal for articles bought from the marketplace. Buyer says they never got the articles. How can that be? Can I get some proof for paypal that he got them?

    I got this resolved by emailing the articles to the buyer, but you might still want to check out if it's some bug.

    They have to click the link to download the articles after they purchase them. The system doesn't "send" it to them.
