Marketing with Addsite?

    Firstly is it legal to advertise your website with addsite? I noticed hostgator doing it a few times. Secondly how would I submit my site and who do I pay to get some of my sites into addsite.

    oh, addsite is the annoying popups you get if you are infected with some kind of virus. I want to know if it is legal to do that. If it is legal I want in.
