I dunno my way around so don't go all psycho on me if this is the wrong forum. I have some domains with a data base and custom coding I want to prepare to sell. I've sold one domain but the guy really wanted a business i owned and the domain was integral to the business so it wasn't hard getting a good price and i didn't have to market it arbitrarily on the internet. Preferably I'd like to find a broker to market and manage the sale for me. Does such a person exist? What I have: I built a mysql data base containing every known business in the United States. (about 60 million businesses) and then logged them according to SIC codes and longitude and latitude so they could run congruently through google maps. I also create custom polygons to allow for current weather and business info to load according to viewable map instead of being limited by state lines, rivers, lakes or other topographical standards. This also allows instant weather to load as you click and drag the map. I bought the .com and .net domains for compuboat compuhunt compuski compuliving compuklassics compubike compurv and so on. Ideally all sites can integrate into tables of the database and pull up only specific information to that lifestyle. I somewhat completed www.compuboat.com so you can see where I was headed. Anyway, I need to sell all this and as you can see it's kind of complicated. The concept can be more clearly articulated at the Mother site www.investaclick.com Any help would be... well.. helpful.
