    Bring it how you bring any website: (obvious) SEO, google ads. Or use contests/youtube to bring in viral traffic.

    Hold Contests , DO Snail mail Flyers , Email marketing, Twitter /Facebook/Other Social media sites, Business cards, List your site in directories, List in Google locations. That should get you started!

    make an affiliate program, contact web hosting companies provide them free templates and ask them to integrate your design service for custom designs .
