Hey! I'm doing some research and wondered if anyone here has ever used file sharing/file download sites for marketing new programs? Does anyone know of any directories or lists of these types of sites? I'm looking at distributing a script via software archives sites like download.com, tucows.com, filetransit.com, sofotex.com, etc. I'm sure there has to be several hundred sources like these. Any leads would be appreciated!!! Thanks, ~kat
Is it a script meant to be run on the server side (like vBulletin) or a client side, installable binary program (like Firebird)?
It's a PC game...to be launched in April. I've come across quite a few game sites, and found a good file sharing site list here: http://www.asp-shareware.org/pad/padsites.asp. Just wondering if anyone knew of anything more extensive, like a directory just for shareware download sites, etc.
