Video content on YouTube, AOL, Yahoo, Break.com, etc. Get a camera and make your own low buget videos relating to each show (i.e. parodies, video blog, commentary, etc.). You can link to your sites from your profiles on these sites and put the url on the video as a watermark. Then join groups related to these shows and request friends with people in these groups. It's time consuming but you'll get 1000's of visits each day if you keep the content fresh.
