So my service (AlmostExperts.com) is aimed at Internet Marketers. Besides forums like this one an Warrior forum, what are the best ways to market to this target market? For example does it really matter where I rate in a Google search since the target market is so specific? How often do people Google "Health PLR"? any thoughts? -Jason Young AlmostExperts.com
Many people before you have sold Health PLRs. 1. Raise your prices. 2. Find other Health PLR sellers and ask them to promote your website to their list of buyers for a commission.
this specific niche - internet marketers is very hard to target - you really need to be unique and have your product or provide something that NO OTHER marketer has done our playing field to one another is hard - cause what you might be promoting a resale right product to me which I might have seen X amount of times already targeting us is just hard - especially the ones that have been doing it for a while now
Well I think that I have found a "Niche" within the niche. I have a team of medical students and recent grads from med schools writing healthcare PLR. Is the message that I need to raise my price point? -Jason
Marketing to marketers is extremely difficult unless you are very different. They know the game, and they know the reason for everything you have on your sales page. To be successful at it anymore, I think its better to market a service/ software that is helpful to them. I'm personally burnt out on marketing to marketers for awhile...
price point would depend how you position yourself and your products. What does your customers want? Think. Does it really matter it's a bunch of medical student who wrote the article or a bunch of elancer writing the article? Think again. So what does marketers want? Think again and again.
Jason, I've seen your site a couple of days ago and was curious. I'm not quite sure what you mean here. Is the Internet marketing niche your target market? If so, consider this. Your customers' profession is online marketing. Some do that for a passion, most because they want to use their profession to make money online. 1. In general, they search for demands, check supply and decide if it's a market where money is spend. If so, bingo! Basically they don't care what niche they are marketing to. The emphasis is on making money online. Now, that COULD be your product niche and in that case, HEALTH PLR is a great keyword, because this market knows exactly what that means. But it also could easily be ....flyfishing. I mean, after setting up your PLR package, they turn around and continue their search starting at point 1 again. Since they are already in health, they're looking for something else now. You are marketing a to niche, and a very volatile one with lots and lots of competition. On the other hand ... Someone with a website about, let's say Pilates or Fitness or Aerobics or the like, will indisputably, rather sooner than later, run into back pain problems, supplement questions, arthritis, food advices, headaches and so on. If they're are just a bit smart, they'll soon recognize there's a market there. These are the people with websites out of passion and they have no idea what PLR is. So, if you change your keywords here and diversify into smaller niche chunks, then here's where the money is made. Because your customers, if they pick it up, are NO longer marketing to a niche, they are marketing DEMOGRAPHICS. Just my 2 cts.
