Marketing to other webmasters with a limited budget and limited time

    Im finishing up a site geared towards webmasters and only have about $200-$300/mo for marketing. Please review my current plan and offer new suggestions if necessary.

    - $200/mo on adwords

    - $100/mo on buying advertising on other webmaster sites (ex: $50 banner on namepros, $5 thread in sitepoint's advertising section, buying text links, etc..)

    - Spend 30 minutes posting on webmaster forums

    - Spend 30 minutes a day researching and writing about 3-5 blog posts/articles each week and then socially bookmarking those posts/articles

    - Offers webmasters a $5 credit on the site to sign up

    - Any extra time will be spent posting on forums and writing more articles

    200$/month for adwords if fine as long as you can gain the benefits back. I would say spend some budget to post in webmaster dirs is a good ideas too.
