Hey guys, i just got a site running, its SearchSubmit , and im starting to make submissions to search engines and directories, i was wondering if i could get a tip on how should i describe this site to get better results, this is the "brute" description :
    -----------------------------------
Pay-per-click search engine, advertisers can bid on keywords, get targeted traffic. Affiliate program also avaliable, free sign up bonus.
    -------
Search Submit gives you the best search results and keyword bidding.
    -------
You will find what you are looking for at Search Submit. Pay-per-click search engine, advertisers can bid on keywords, get targeted traffic. Affiliate program also avaliable.
    -------
Wether you are researching on the web, looking for recommended websites or just surfing the net, you will find what you are looking for at Search Submit. We combine searches from the top search engines as well as sites that you will only find on Search Submit. Pay per click Search Engine, affiliate program, get targeted traffic.
    ------------------------------------
So what i was thinking is if i should include the ppc and biding part in this description, or if i should just try to market the site to get users to make searches without mentioning the ppc and biding part? what do you think?

Thank you very much for your help on this.

    tried it...

I think you could improve it by speeding up the result page time (I waited 7 seconds)

Also the results page are a tad on the ugly side... For both of my searches weird sites appeared in the top results..

One of my clients is a search engine, given that experience, I feel like even if you attracted first-time searchers the site does not offer anything to keep them coming back.

Thank you very much for your review, i think you are right, the thing with the weird sites is that its a ppc search engine, so you bid on keywords and "ranking" if you want to call it so, but yeah, the site is not very attractive, i think there is a lot of work to do, but i really appretiate you took the time to check it out, thanks.

edit : i think ill just park it at sedo or something until i think on something better :/
