Hi there guys, I'm looking for more marketing tips for my website, Juiced.no ! Juiced.no is Norwegian mens magazine. It containts babes, cars, pictures from diffrent events in Norway, lifestyle, datingtips, guides for men and plenty more! I trying to be more like FHM, only in a online version. My budget is'nt very big, so please don't tell me to buy rent a nightclub, invite lots of girls and throw a big party or something like that. Im looking for online marketing tips right now. So please, do you have any tips on how to market my site?
Write or get someone to write articles about your site an submit to article directories. Submit your site to web directories. Participate in forums geared towards lifestyle and make contributions with your signature more explanatory than what you have here. You need to explain what the site is and why peope need to visit it in a brief note.
Allready doing my best to update the site everyday! I also have a couple of other writers and photograpers. Submittet to plenty of directories, and I still have plenty to go! :] Doing my best, but Norway is a small country, so there isn't really that many forums to choose from. And when it comes to my signature link on this forum, there arent really that many Norwegians here, so and most of them have probally allready heard of my site (like I said, small community).
Try doing PPC, and confine the geography of your ad to just Norway. Then bid on terms that are related to your magazine.
Leave flyers/business cards on the cars outside of your local strip clubs (if that is legal in your area).
Social Networking sites, for sure. Not sure how big Myspace is in Norway, there might be a more popular site for your area. In any case, make yourself a profile, start friending people in your demographic and then send out updates about the site every now and again. This type of content would be great for that. Plus, you might get hooked into more things to report about in your magazine! Just make sure that you're not spamming (people are starting to get into trouble like that). If you act like you're a friend who's sharing something cool, not only will you be alright on the marketing end but you'll pick up way more fans! Hope this helps, Chris
