Greetings everyone, this is my first post here and I'll start out with a question I have a website that im targeting the 'work from home' crowd with. I'm trying to come up with some ways to advertise and have thought of doing classified ads. I was wondering if anyone had ever done this and what the results were like? I was thinking of posting to a lot of the free online classifieds but that seems like a daunting task. Any thoughts on this?
I have posted a few classified ads and have had ok results but I never worked on it fully. It does work though, I set a few ads a few months back and still get responses from them.
i feel that is only spammmmm tried that with out any luck n sucess in the past... belive me its only wasting time!
To those that have done it - did you post in your local newspapers on online classifieds? jameskon - what are some other ways you can reach potential offline customers?
Well, I can tell you, there's sort of a secret to this. It's not that it's something more obscure or less obvious, just a trick. It goes against the grain of the typical approach. I would suggest you look at some ads that appear in multiple media that match identically, and you can find some answers by cross-referencing those ads. Hope this helps.
I apologize if you didn't see this post from before, it wasn't actually available for viewing since the upgrade dissociated it from the queue. I'll take a look at whatever you have when i get a chance. Send me an IM and we'll chat.
