Buying lead is a waste of money and time . I don't think so.
Many of the buying leads are posted by serious buyer. It works.

 

Spam if done in legal way will be proved out to be best.

 

buying leads ain't that bad as long as you have a good product and a good sales pitch

 

Stay away from FFA's. My 2 cents.

 

Buying leads will be useless for advertisers because it never converts to sales.

 

Lots of established big-name companies buy leads and make millions of dollars. I think if you're talking about a person just starting out doing internet marketing, then yeah, it might not be so effective - in part because buying genuine high quality leads will be out of most people's budget range.
