The site has been promoted several months, but more heavily recently (June
and a part of July). Promotion was done using adwords, average profit turns
out to be around. The business made $450 in July up to the 12th, and more
since then - advertising was halted for a while, as we are looking to sell.

It needs around 30-60 minutes per day of care if you'd like to keep the
campaigns going, answer some e-mails etc.

We use a wide range of keywords on adwords that are spread over 9/10
campaigns. I would estimate that there are around 400-500 different
keywords.

There are some campagins that do better than others - the site needs
someone who can spend some time tweaking campaigns, in order to
increase net profit.

June adwords cost just about $915. Gross revenue from marketing-success
was around $1900. Therefore profit was just under $1000.

There were not any refunds as it takes two months before anyone can
claim. You may get an occasional request but you do not have to refund the
customer unless they have had the product for at least 2 months. This
minimzes the refund rate, although you may want to try a different refund
policy if you feel it will affect the overall sales.

No autoresponder or such has been incorporated, hence we have no
customer list to go along with the site. Proof of revenue available to all
interested parties I'll post it on the thread later in the day, more than
likely - just don't have time right now. The screenshots are detailed (pretty
much all paypal transactions to date).

The BIN for this business is $7,800 - which less less than 8 months of net
profit (not including if you actually spend some time tweaking the 10 or so
campaigns on adwords, which we did not have the time to do). Keep in mind
this includes a sales letter that obviously converts, and a unique product.

If you can tweak those 10 campaigns and weed out the bad keywords, your net
profit should significantly increase, as the sales are never spread out evenly over
500 keywords (or so), so we are obviously losing some money on other keywords
here.

Offers are welcome, but please use common sense - we will not sell for
pennies. Looking to close a deal quickly - so if you make a decent
BIN offer, we will likely take it and avoid advertising the site on SP or other
such forums altogether. For now, it's only on DP

Forgot to mention - the site used to have more visitors in the past through Joint Ventures and such, but that wasn't as successful. The adwords campaigns in the past 2 months proved themselves much better, and require less time and less maintenance than most other methods.

Selling this on another forum too... I'll make the starting bid $3K, that's about as low as I can go, lower than that and I'm selling the site for 2.5 months of revenue I don't see that happening.
