LinkedIn is a great place for doing something like this, as here you can even make a list of leads that you want to contact and start outreaching them later by email or directly on this network. Another solution here would be to use some Google ads and target the audience properly to be able to reach those that are the most likely to have interests in your offer and what you are giving away.
