You can get the targeted traffic by writing the content related to your service and promote yourself in the related niche by doing guest posting. You can get the order by posting your banner on the mobile related website like Nokia, Sam-sung, Blackberry, or on the telecom website.

target your market within your support area, says 50 miles from your place. May starts with the offline publication such as flyers and disctribute to office people, university's students and etc ...

Online advertising: Use Google Adwords and choose the keyword that relate to your business. Target to only 50 miles of people from your place.

you should first of do proper keyword research and find local keywords related to your service being looked up in your city. Then put content on your site and use those targeted keywords in that content, and try to rank in the top five in SERPS for your local search. You can also use Google adwords to run an ads campaign but you'll first need to check if your local population is searching for your service in your local area and what keywords they are using for finding such a service.
