Marketing software plugin?

    Hello,

    I wrote an eBay plugin for Google Desktop (link in my sig). I've been marketing effectively in the nice areas, such as Google Desktop plugins and eBay, but any interesting ideas would be very welcome.

    Does anyone have any suggestions on getting broader exposure for software?

    Blogs, I think.

    Find bloggers, who can be potentially interested in you software (maybe, try to find stories about selling\buying experience) and give it them for free. They will be willing to write a post to thank you.

    Do people good an they will do good to you :)

    Join some ebay related forum and promote in your signature there as well.
