    Also you should get listed in relevant categories in different directories and search engines.

    You should start promoting the website in your local areas(If you are targeting local traffic)

    Then you can also start buying links, on several different websites to get increase in traffic.

    If you have fare budget to start with then can also try PPC Marketing.

    I would suggest also to buy Signatures on related topic forums, along with buy blog post to get natural traffic from websites.

    As people start looking at blog post on blogs... they will start using it thinking its new service in town!

    Also start with using some more creative ideas!
