I have a webmaster website that runs with vB. I would like a person, who would become a staff member, to becoming the marketing lead for my forum. They will have to be dedicated to helping the forum. so you will only pay them if the forum's revenue increase? :| Most people will not work like that. That is a partnership not work. And without them you wouldnt have any revenue... people will expect a decent upfront payment for services rendered.
