First let me start with my disclaimer. I'm just getting started and ramping up my site: UpOnOffice.com a brand new site and I don't even have a google rank yet, but the spider activity is very encouraging. That being said I understand that it's going to take hard work and time to build my online page rank. While that is brewing however, do you feel it's a good idea to market software training offline? My target market are individuals that just know the very basics of using a computer but want to learn more. (i.e. seniors, stay at home moms, small business owners) Here's the million dollar question...if they learn about the site offline will they "trust" to purchase our services online? Also, I'll take any advice regarding my site and marketing in general. I'm hopeful that I'm not opening a can of worms here. Here's an inspirational quote as a thank you for reading my post: "When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change" -from Dr. Wayne Dyer
Its about people; who are your target market. Online offline does not matter. You can take every strategy to promote your website.
all of the largest online companies employee offline marketing, but its all about brand awareness than CTR... and really only to be considered when your spending $xxx, xxx+
offline is good coz right now online methods are becoming saturated and hence I totally recommend you going for that. Just make sure the website have some testimonals to get good response offline.
