Marketing my web hosting forum for web hosts?

I started a web hosting forum a while ago and it has been getting natural traffic and posts. I haven't promoted it at all yet. However I want to get some hosts to post there offer's in the "Offers section". I am getting members here and there but cant seem to attract to many hosts.

Should I email hosts directly requesting them to add there offers? Any other thoughts on where I could get in contact with a lot of hosts quickly. I thought about the web hosting section on the DP forums but I am pretty sure that's not allowed.

Any ideas to attract more hosts to post there offers would be greatly appreciated thanks!

Hey dude, I can't see anything wrong with you posting hosting related questions or threads on your own forum in the hosting section here. Maybe tell about an interesting thread or something.

Key is to have a link in your signature saying something like " ATTENTION HOSTING GUYS ONLY" or whatever lol :)

That way you can discuss relevant hosting things and they can follow signature link if they like .

Also maybe try this . Offer them 100 banner views per thread started or links shown in a prominent place

    Best of luck ! .

You can also email them for this. Once, I also owned a forum related to make money online. I used to send advertising offers to different program(related to MMO) owners. My success rate was not good as there was very little to no traffic on my forum.
However, a few of my friends own Program(MMO) directories and they have a good success rate. Almost 50%-75%.
