Hello Everyone,

I have decided to clear out my portfolio. I have a lot projects that I opened and simply never worked on because my time has went into my bigger projects.

The website I am selling is: koladachows.com

I purchased the domain name a while back from someone here at DP for cheap and opened it up as a blog featuring many articles that talk about internet marketing and money making ventures.

Website Platform:

This site runs on Wordpress. The best CMS system known to man! It is very easy to use. You can easily login to the CMS admin area and manage all the articles added, and make customizations such as adding Google Adsense, banner ads, etc..within minutes. I will assist you with this if needed.


Website Design:

The design you see on KoladaChows.com is from DreamTemplate. It is a very nice and simple blog design. The design will be included in the sale of the site.

Website Content:

All the articles you see posted on the website are Private Label Articles. There is a total of 25 high quality articles posted onto the blog. I will also include another 100+ Private Label Articles all on internet marketing and money making that you can post onto the blog in the future to keep it up to date.

Website Traffic:

I have never touched this website after setting it up. I simply setup the website design, installed wordpress, chose relevant articles, posted them onto the website, and left it alone. And yet, somehow, it was indexed into the search engines, and is receiving unique visits everyday.

This website has also ranked in the top 10 on multiple search engines for multiple keywords.

- Although the keywords don't drive a good amount of traffic, and some don't drive traffic at all, the fact that the website has ranked in the top 10 without any marketing work simply shows you that this website has a lot of potential.

Future Plans:

I am letting this website go, with a plan attached. I will show the new owner a few simple, very effective marketing techniques that you can implement to very easily increase the blogs traffic from 10 visitors a day to at least 30-40 and even 100 unique visits a day. Implementing income streams like google adsense and selling ad placements on a site like this will provide you with a nice income stream.
