Marketing Manager of 6 Retail Grocery Sites and 1 Brand Site

Quick introduction - I'm currently managing the development and marketing of 6 retail banner grocery sites and 1 brand site. Miniscule ecommerce functionality, as we're having difficulty identifying an acceptable payment gateway provider.

Our banners reside within a limited number of states within the U.S.

I will, over time (and when time is available), have several questions to ask of the experts within the ranks, including such things as:

• how many people would reasonably be involved in this number of sites for maintenance and development
• can anyone recommend a payment gateway provider with a comprehensive legal contract?
• looking for an easy-to-use live-chat software for presentations; can anyone recommend? If I listed some I'd found would anyone provide feedback on them?

While it's difficult to find time to interact as I'm the only person managing the content on these sites, I'm hoping to tap into some global expertise of "what's worked" and "what hasn't".
