Will I get good response ? Can anyone plz quote the famous and popular newspapers from USA,CAD,UK,AUS
U.S. > New York Times, Washington Post, New York Post, Los Angeles Times, USA Today, Chicago Tribune Do you have any idea how exspensive it is to advertise in newspapers like that? easily hundreds of dollars just for classifieds, and thousands for real ads.
I just answered that question, I would say probably hundreds of dollars to run classified ads for any length of time in any one of those newspapers. I suppose you might get some response but doing business with the people you got a response from might be very difficult. You have to understand, classified ads in newspapers in the U.S. are for about 3 main things. a) Selling a car b) buying/selling/renting property c)finding a job Just about anything else, except for maybe personals, are sort of considered spam for newspapers in my opinion. Unless you are in a much small town/city with a much smaller newspaper.
Most newspapers will also have an email address and shouldn't have a reason not to accept an advertising deal from someone located in another country, they probably won't even know. You should find the newspapers you would like to advertise in and contact them
pm me with your email and countries you want to hit, i will get you resources for inexpensive classified ads in a couple other countries using the networks ad agencies use
Newspapers, unless your going to take a full or half page ad, its not going to be very cost effective. What is it your thinking about marketing ?
I guess most of the newspapers accept classified ads. It doesn't matter if you want to post in other country newspapers but that sure is going to cost a lot.
Better advertise on web. My best advice is get your site on top rank for your keywords. Invest the money in getting ranks instead of adv in newspapers. Newspaper ads are less effective and more expensive then web ads.
most of the people like to hire local people unless there is a big cost advantage to them. So, for a web designing service I suggest you do not need to advertise in other country's local news paper
