    hello all..

any tips on how to break through the home seller market? We have a consortium of cash buyers who buy out folks going through serious financial issues, such as repossession etc etc, how do we get these guys on site to apply. Adwords is a no brainer but umm.. there is a thousand of us out there, tips? :)

News paper ads might be a good idea. I am not an expert in this, but it seems like the larger newspapers would pull people in.

thanks longhorn, but trying to find the one-click route more than anything, tangible paper readers want to pull out their cells and dial, we skipped out the whole phone in process, it's all apply, apply, apply, so trying to find the one click route

www.creonline.com is a very active real estate forum. Perhaps some folks over there might have suggestions. My other thought would be an infomercial or 30 second ad in your markets. Cable advertising can be pretty cheap.
I'm thinking the people you want to reach probably are not crusing the net looking for solutions.

I would agree that you probably have to take your marketing offline and into the 'real' world. Working with local media in your community would certainly be a good way to go about getting your name known, but I think you might have to take it further in order to present your message to those that really want it.

How about linking up with a financial advisor or estate agent in an attempt to receive referrals? I'm sure you could also craft a news-worthy press release about your service and how it can help, which would also add to your profile.
