Unfortunately, the health and wellbeing niche is an extremely competitive one. It's difficult to advertise (especially via AdWords) as the CPC is usually very high.

 

I agree with Ponynugget, nowadays people don't trust each and every product they see online, especially health related items, such as, medicine, food, cosmetics. If you are going to stick in this business you must be able to show the proof that you are selling 100% safe and genuine products.
