Marketing guru needed for top website

Hi all we need a top marketing guru/SEO expert for our up and coming freelance site. We have been around since early may and have grown at very good speeds. We have paid many SEO companies which just dont put there heart into it because they know they are going to get paid

We are looking to employ a full time marketing expert to do everything offpage optimization making a buzz and atracting members and obtaining top search engine result. We currently have good results for a few keywords but are not converting tremendosly

We offer a great work as you earn package which will consist of a 20% stake in the business. This means your earnings will reflect on your work. This month we currently had almost $900 deposits made via our site so far. So everymonth we will chat with you and show you our profit and you will be given 20% of total profit so the more you promote the site the more you will earn.
