Hello and thanks in advance, I have a client that is in this business. Insurance claims. A "need" based service. I have a fire or flood and I ask for help to get money from insurance companies (which they always try to screw me sort-of-thing). If you were to try to build a marketing funnel for this kind of service where would you focus first ? Challenges: People do not look for this service UNLESS something has happened to them People that need the service may not have a PC anymore (house burnt down, burglary etc...) Most business is done by referral Branding is a challenge Marketing people insists on building a list by offering free guides but since this is a "need" based service, people would not look for guides to download until they need the service Help please ???
