    Hmm, sounds like you need a lot of help! I'm studying a marketing course at the moment run by the IDM - you should check them out, it really is superb. I've been learning about all kinds of stuff. The main thing I've learned is acquiring customers is more expensive than keeping customers, so any good marketing strategy should set out how you plan to keep your customers.
