Marketing for a Startup

    Hello,
    So currently we're in Beta... Working on the front end then we're pretty much done...We've made lot's of mistakes but, have learned along the way... We do have questions;

    1) We've hired an SEO company a few months
    2) Currently we did a controlled test of the US Market and found which city's our name is being looked at more then others...
    3) Videos on Youtube
    4) Tumbr.com
    5) 7+ Accounts on twitter
    6) DIgg
    7) Stumblrupon

    We are wanting to boost our marketing here within the next 20-30 days.... Besides being Social.. (As we're a Social Network) What are some other marketing tips...
    Tomorrow we will create a Great Video production to build more content about our side...

    I guess we need some past examples of what works.. we know that some marketing might work better for 1 company then others....

    Since it sounds like your social network may be focused on a specific region rather than the entire world or US I would recommend physical local efforts. You could purchase newspaper ads, radio ads, sponsor a happy hour or organize a local free concert in a park.

    no are social site is currently available in the united states. we are able to scale out to global use for our user base. but, should we start with local radio advertisement? local advertisement in general? or should we scale and what would be the other options besides the options above as listed.

    sorry has a startup finances or berry at a minimum and we just want the best ROI for our dollars. so any type of insight in marketing in advertisements off startup launch would be best thank you again :)

    It's not easy to ensure which offer will give you best ROI. For USA, I think, radio ad is cost effective to reach maximum people.
