Hello everyone long time since i posted here...

Been running a Linux Gaming website called GamingOnLinux for many months now, it is slowly gaining traction with this month so far being the busiest month hit wise (i reckon i will get 3k uniques by the end of the month).

Just wandering if anyone has some tips on getting more people to visit and use the website - the forum especially i would like to be a bit more active.

I have submitted it to linux news websites, linux.co.uk has featured us but i don't know what else to do?

Dunno but sine the pc industry is dieing when it comes to games, I'd say your lucky to have 3k visitors a month for linux. Hehe Seriously PC gaming is bad.. Black Ops may save it for a while, hopefully someone fixes this industry (im in it myself and struggling to find angles)

I realize linux<>PC but the point being there's not much for it, and little places to advertise.. perhaps try some popular forums

Well i don't really see the pc gaming industry as dying, if you look at steam stats recently they have reached a massive amount of subscribers.

Also a massive amount of indie games have/will have Linux ports now so it's looking better than ever for Linux.

Your best bet is to hang out at linux forums and be active there. You can include a link to your forum in your signature and you will drive qualified leads to your forum
